Secure website with SSL Certificate

In my previous article, I talked about my migration to OVH and explained the reasons. The main one was to be able to offer ssl certificates on my clients' sites. Through this article I will explain the interest you have in installing one on your website.

What is an SSL certificate?

Do you see the little icon at the top right of the site url, which says "this site is secure" with a small padlock? Well that's what an SSL certificate allows. It is a secure channel between the client and the server. It prevents malicious people from retrieving sensitive data that you communicate with the website.
