Hotel website redesign

I present here the project I am currently working on: the complete redesign of a hotel website, over a period of 25 days starting from October 17, 2025.

Located in Tunis (Ariana, Menzah 7), the Tunis Grand Hotel is a 5-star establishment that combines comfortable rooms and suites, dining, business/event spaces, and a chic urban atmosphere. The goal of the redesign is to modernize the digital experience so that it reflects the quality of the on-site experience: immersive visuals, clear navigation, smooth booking, and complete multilingual content.

The approach is deliberately straightforward: present the manager with a functional demo — a fast, ergonomic site enriched with missing content and translations, refined visuals, SEO, analytics, and an integrated booking engine — along with a clear and compelling proposal. This includes new high-quality photos and videos, with 4K drone footage to be integrated into the final version of the site.

After a long period focused on internal projects, this sprint is also an opportunity to restart the client development process and refine several tools: quote generation, SEO audit, specification drafting, and automated proposal delivery.

Quick observation: performance can be significantly improved (media weight, caching), technical SEO strengthened (tags, URL rewriting, semantic markup, sitemap/robots, hreflang), and the booking process shortened. The redesign will aim to address these issues without compromising mobile readability.
