Object

These conditions of sale describe the relationship between Deux-Clics and the buyer for any purchase made on the deux-clics.com website. By making a purchase, the buyer agrees to these conditions of sale. Deux-Clics may update these conditions at any time, and the updated version will be in effect for all orders placed after the update.Deux-Clics reserves the right to modify these conditions of sale at any time, in order to comply with any new regulations or in order to improve the use of its site. Therefore, the applicable conditions will be those in effect on the date of the order by the buyer.

Products

The products offered on the website of the company Deux-Clics are available while stocks last. The company Deux-Clics reserves the right to modify its offer at any time. Each product is presented on the website in the form of a technical description listing its main characteristics (capacity, use, composition, etc.). The photos are as faithful as possible, but have no contractual value. The sale of the products presented on the site is reserved for all buyers residing in countries that allow these products to be imported into their territory.

Prices

The prices displayed on the product sheets of the online catalog include all applicable taxes (VAT) on the day of the order. Deux-Clics reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, however, the price displayed on the catalog on the day of the order will be the only one applicable to the buyer.

Order and payment terms

Before placing an order, the buyer must create an account on the Deux-Clics website. They must log in to view their account or order products. Deux-Clics offers a single payment method by credit card. The buyer selects the products, verifies the delivery address, and chooses payment by credit card. Retention of title

The company Deux-Clics retains full and entire ownership of the products sold until full collection of the price, in principal, costs and taxes included.

Retraction

Under article L121-20 of the Consumer Code, the buyer has a period of fourteen working days from the delivery of their order to exercise his right of withdrawal and thus return the product to the seller for exchange or refund without penalty, except for the cost of return.

Delivery

We deliver to the address indicated on the order form, which must be located within the agreed geographical area. Orders are shipped by La Poste via COLISSIMO with delivery against signature. Delivery times are given for indicative purposes only, and if delivery takes more than thirty days from the order date, the customer may cancel the sale and receive a refund. Deux-Clics will send the customer a tracking number by email. The customer will be delivered to their home by the mail carrier. In the event of absence, a delivery notice will be left to allow the customer to collect their order at the nearest post office for a period indicated by La Poste.

Warranty

All products provided by the company Deux-Clics benefit from the legal warranty provided for by articles 1641 and following of the Civil Code. In case of non-compliance of a sold product, it can be returned to the company Deux-Clics for exchange or refund. In the selling process, Deux-Clics is only bound by an obligation of means. It cannot be held liable for damage resulting from use of the Internet such as loss of data, intrusion, virus, interruption of service, or other unintentional problems.
