Use

The use is also very simple. The software starts automatically when your PC starts up. You can also deactivate it at any time for a determined period (right click on the icon> disable).

I strongly recommend that you install it, especially if you are working for extended periods of time on one or more screens. You will be able to see if the change of colors does not interfere with your use. It's a little weird at first but now I'm used to it. And I clearly feel positive effects.
